Three Mukhi Rudraksha

This rudraksha has three facets and is most suited for persons suffering from depression, guilt and inferiority complexes. It frees the mind of negativity at all levels. Its ruling planet is Mars. 

It removes the malefic effects of Mars and cures ailments related to colds, blood, blood pressure, weakness, irregular menstrual cycle, and kidneys. The wearer is blessed with health, wealth and knowledge. It gives freedom from the effects of past sins and makes one pious. It brings good luck. It protects against fire and weapons. Enemies are suppressed. It encourages positive thoughts and removes mental blocks. This bead is known to give very quick results. It also removes lethargy and laziness. 

This bead symbolizes Lord Agni, the God of Fire. It also indicates the triad of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. The trinity of Sattvik, Rajsik and Taamsik and the three lokas (Deva, Prithvi and Paatal) are also symbolized by this. This bead is most sacred, powerful and effective for its divine powers. 

The rosary with a three mukhi bead should be held in the hand and worn after reciting the following mantra 108 times.

Om Am Bam Traivaktrasya, Om Raim Hoom Hreem Om

Salutations to the three faced supreme lord, who is the centre of all the mantras, who saves us from all disasters. Salutations to him and to the supreme mother goddess, who destroy envy, bestow knowledge and prosperity and are the most sacred and the embodiment of the ultimate knowledge.

The three faced Rudraksha is Fire God manifest; it destroys in a moment the sin of killing a woman. It is the three Agnis, Daksinagni, Garbapatya, and Ahavaniya; Bhagavan Agni always pleased with that man who wears the three-faced Rudraksha.

(Chapter XXV) 

67. A Rudraksha with three faces always bestows means of enjoyment. As a result of its power all loves become firmly established.

Padma Purana 
(Shrishti Kand Chapter 57) 

On the earth, if one wears a three mukhi rudraksha, then he/she becomes like Brahma (supreme God). In several birth-cycle later all sins committed through the body get absolved. The three mukhi wearer does not come to a womb again (does not take birth), does not suffer from any disease and does not lead an indisciplined life. He is never defeated (his/her) house never catches fire get destroyed. All the above and beyond any and above all difficulties get resolved by three mukhi rudraksha. No bad omen occurs for a three mukhi rudraksha wearer.
