The twenty mukhi rudraksha has twenty facets and should be worn by new businessmen, big businessmen, manufacturers and constructors. The twenty mukhi rudraksha represents Brahma. This bead enhances creativity, increases higher level knowledge, improves vision and gives relief from mental stress. 

The rudraksha should be worn after reciting the mantra.
